Weekend Fun

This past weekend was a lot of fun. Diana, Reilly and Liam came up to spend some time with us. The boys got along great. Patrick was so excited to see his cousins. Every time he woke up from a nap, his face lit up as if he was saying "Wow! They're still here." The weather on Saturday was perfect, and we spent most of the day outside. As a result, the boys were all pretty stinky and gross by the end of the day. The visit was a perfect end to a great vacation!

Happy Birthday Dad

After the zoo, it was time to head over to my Mom's for my Dad's birthday party. Check out the pictures of the birthday boy and his snazzy new shoes.

Off to the Zoo

Sorry it took so long to post. Patrick hasn't been sleeping well, and I just got back to work. Last Thursday Dawn, Connor, Patrick and I all went to the Capron Park Zoo. The weather was cool, but after the rain it was nice to see the sun. I can't wait until summer vacation so Patrick and I can spend more time with our friends.

Come here goat.

I'm a Big Boy

This week we're working on getting PJ to be a little more of a big boy. He's starting to take his baths in the big boy tub. He's totally on a sippy cup during the day, and we're even working on giving him only a sippy at night. Slowly, but surely my baby is turning into a little boy.

Off to Harvard

I'm on vacation this week, and boy is it a busy one! Yesterday it was off to Harvard to visit my sister. Patrick got his first taste of Indian food (which he LOVED). Then it was off to campus where he tried to destroy the French department. He got to meet a few of Auntie K's teachers and friends (of course he was charming). After a quick stroll in the rain it was time to head for home. The end of another busy day.

Don't I wear my food well?

Because these bikes are at Harvard, does that mean they're smart bikes?

Spring has Sprung

We have been taking advantage of the very nice weather to give Patrick some serious outside time. Over the past few days, Patrick and I have been spending at least three hours per day outside. Needless to say, we've both been sleeping very well at night.

Busy Mum

The week before April vacation is really busy for me because I have Parent/Teacher conferences. On Thursday in between my afternoon and evening conferences I met Kenny and the baby at The Children's Museum in Easton for a while so Patrick could get to see his Mum.

I like the pretend doctor's office. Just don't take me to the real one!

Easter

Sorry it took so long to post. We've been having some sleep issues with Patrick, and once he goes to bed I've been too tired to post. Anyway, this past Sunday was Easter, and boy was it busy. We first went out to breakfast with Kenny's parents then over to my parents for lunch/dinner. Patrick even had his first Easter egg hunt. Once he got the hang of it he enjoyed looking for eggs.

Okay... I found one. Now what do I do with it?

I am so done with this.

Away We Go

Because today was so nice we decided to take a trip back to the Boston Aquarium. We also took Kenny's parents along. Patrick enjoyed being able to walk around the Aquarium and surrounding areas, and we enjoyed keeping him close on his new monkey leash. (Which may sound terrible, but it is necessary, and those of you who know my son will agree.)

To my dedicated readers.. Which picture looks familiar?

Here we go. Off on another adventure.
