Memorial Day Weekend

This weekend was very busy for us. Kenny and I were supposed to go to Boston to visit my sister, but our trip was canceled because on Friday poor PJ was not feeling well at all. He had a fever of over 104 and felt awful. It turned out all the fuss was due to him getting brand new molars. Ouch! Saturday was pretty tough and spent with a lot of tears and Motrin. Finally, on Sunday Patrick started to feel better. We headed down to New Bedford for a cookout with Kenny's parents. Patrick had lots of fun meeting his cousin Camden. Then today we went to Capron Park and watched the Memorial Day Parade. We had never been to the parade here in Attleboro, and WOW is it nice. It lasted almost an hour. Poor Patrick, couldn't hang with the grownups. He fell asleep, and stayed asleep despite muskets being fired, and firetruck sirens blaring. A weekend that had a really crappy beginning, had a great ending!

I was told there was going to be a parade. Well.... Where is it?

Who doesn't love cheerleaders?
